Some people think of Teen Love and smile. It's not real love, they say. Puppy Love, they call it. Those people, I think, have very short memories, and no longer recall the realities of their first love experiences. While few expect teen love to last a lifetime, that hardly makes it less real. Half or more of all adult love doesn't last a lifetime either.

Teen love is very real. And powerful. Perhaps at no other time in our lives are the joys and pains felt as strongly, or experienced more deeply. Who among us, after all, can ever forget our first love?

Feelings Of Love

I have feelings of love for the guy I seek.
Does he love me too, what does he think of me?

I wish I could tell him he makes me whole, but I'm afraid to say
what's deep in my soul.

I don't want to lose him, for I would be alone,
and some days I just can't wait to hear his voice on the phone.

He does certain things to make me feel loved,
some days he wants to be alone and my heart is shoved.

I want to feel as though I am his safeguard,
the one he can come to when things get hard.

I will always be there to help him along,
and before we met I wasn't as strong.

I wish I could tell him what I feel inside,
but I'm afraid of what he'll say, how he'll act on the outside.

PS: Come on people I'm sure u had a love one or have one. Express your love with us.

I agree with you. People experience their first love in their teen years. I also agree to that what better way to experience the joy and hurt then those few short years. At here people know the what they should and should not do in their relationship and hopefully it last longer then what most teen love relationships do. Personally, I believe that teen love, all depending on how far that love goes, will make people a better person and understand more about what it really means to work hard at everything one does in life. It's a once in a lifetime experience that is happy and sad.

Those words you wrote are so ture I agree. This is what I want to read. I want to see in other people point of view. I want to see if what I'm going through happened to others or if my feelings is what other also have for their love ones. But u spoke for all.

Thank you for you comment DreamOfDarkness. Trust me your not the only one that is or has gone through that sort of thing. As hard as this may be I never was really in a relationship until about the middle of my 10th grade year. He was immature. When I think of a poem I will be glad to post on here to get the ball rolling even more.

              many people think love only share one
              form but infact were all mistaken
               it comes in many forms
               love can also transform
                people who think love isn"t for ametures
                 they are wrong and people for people who say
                   that adults are wrong for saying so
                        they are just confused
                        love is rated e foreveryone including
                         babies why cause they are love
                         love has alot of meanings
                         here are somes of its forms:
                          brotherly love romance kind of love
                           godly kind of love ( means you love every living things)
                           whoever thinks thier is only one kind of love is badly mistaken
                             theres millions of ways to love someone
                                we"ve all felt some kind of form of love
                                so stop being an irgnorant fool searching for love
                                  love just happens

hey, that's awsome. I believe in that too. I got a boyfriend who i can hardly see(To far away) and we try to get together as mush as possiable.
