Hey ya folks!;
We don't really have a "chiseled in the concrete" plan set up for this place just yet but, I hope youse guys will find it FUN and amusing and also hope to teach folks about skydiving and encourage you to participate in it where ever you are. I was trained in three countries under four different training methods so, I think it's fair to say that I can speak with some authority about teaching folks how to skydive safely.
I have taken folks up for a tandem skydive as the instructor about 300 times and have a total of around 1200 jumps; some of those are "speciality" jumps doing such things a CRW (Canopy Relative Work), BirdMan jumps, freefly, tracking, RW (Relative Work) and a whole bunch of jumps just for pure fun doing really stupid stuff like intentional water landings and jumping with toys (inflatable pool toys and weighted tennis balls); you would be amazed at how air pressure affects those things and how hard they are to hold onto on the way down back to Earth. You name it and I have likely done it except for BASE jumping, swooping (which is a very specialised art) and getting back into the airplane before it lands.
I have jumped naked (twice) and have several specialty aircraft under my belt (so to speak) includind Donineiers, Islanders, 182s, 206s, Kingairs, skyvans, turbolet 410s, CASAs, C-130, Balloons, Twin Otters and many others too numerous to mention... What haven't I done? Well, I'm open for suggestions but on my short list is; a 727 (they got one at Perris Valley), a biplane, spaceships, ultralight acft, heck anyhing "jumpable" I'll have a go at it if I determine it's safe. The lowest I ever exited an acft was 2'000 AGL and the highest was 22,560' out of Mike Mullen's King Air at Sebastion FL back in 1997.
I started jumping in May of 1994 and try to do as many as I can afford since then, it hasn't been too many lately since I bought this house; more to come on that later.
