Lynyrd Skynyrd has impacted my life in so many ways, but I would say they've impacted me the most by me becoming a musician. Their great innovation to music and love of music has allowed me to be diverse and open to other genres with great appreciation, and to love music as much as they did and do. They wrote about truth and life. This is what keeps things real for me in so many ways. The day I heard the news of the accident, was as if someone stuck a huge dagger into my heart. So much I didn't understand and still don't, but their legacy lives on because of their truth, love and life. Thanks Lynyrd Skynyrd!!
