Hey All!

I'm completely new to Kaneva, so allow me to introduce myself. My name is Amelia. And I'm your average almost eighteen year old girl living in New Jersey. I know what you're probably thinking. You're probably thinking that I have some strange Joisey accent, like us New Jersians are stereotyped to have. But I think that's mostly northern New Jersey, so you can keep that thought away from me. Nope, I live by the shore. That means I spend my entire summer at the beach, fending off the bennies. Bennies are New Jersey's worst nightmare in the summer, clogging up our roads with their crappy driving and taking up all of our room on the beach. But it's all worth it once you get out onto the sand and out into the ocean waves.

Today the beach was unattainable to me though. I had the pleasure of going where everyone, children and adults alike, dread: the dentist. That's right. I have plenty of cavities to be filled (Yes, I do brush my teeth. Sometimes I don't know why I bother. Cavities seem to happen anyway). Half of my face still isn't moving to be frank. For those of you who might not know what that feels like, count your blessings. It'll happen to you sooner or later. It's a lot like when you fall asleep on your arm and when you wake up you can't feel it. Only it's your face...not your arm. Haha.

So what else does a blog need? Well, I like to write a lot so maybe I'll post a few of my short stories. =D I hope I make a lot of friends here.
