Any other teachers out there?

I'm trying to find a way to make podcasting and blogging a natural part of my curriculum. I currently teach Kindergarten! I've posted 8 podcasts and my kids have experimented with one blog posting (They just learned to write before xmas). So who has made this work and how did you accomplish it? I feel the need to show other teachers that it can be done and without too much trouble but I'm pretty techie and it isn't as smooth as I'd like it to be. Well? Maybe you've participated in some on-line collab with other classrooms, whatever it is, lets share and make this work.
