1. Keep a professional relationship with your Client and Student at all times. You can be friendly, supportive, compassionate, loving, and helpful, however; not forceful, pushy, and intimate relations on any level. Much misunderstanding, danger, and legal matters arrive from situations like theses.  Internationally, Marriages have begun from work and study environments, however; under full communication and within the eyes of God. Please maintain limits and boundaries.
2. Healers are vessels of God; we practice forms of Reiki and the Christian Laying of Hands from Jesus time. In today’s age; this Alternative healing and Christian method can be perceived incorrectly if one does not formally introduces themselves and ask permission. This is for very logical, skeptical, the Matrix Blue pill personalities. These groups are all around you, even in your personal friend and family group. When you are using intuition or discernment; you will actually get messages of “caution” for this group of people in your life. Save yourself the police calls, attorney matters, and media attention; please ask permission before you lay your hands on clients, church members, and students. This can be done with a short introduction followed by a question of: “Is it ok if I touch you?” Some healers will actually show you an example for comfort reasons. This Energy Healing Service is so causally done without thought; the wrong message can be given by the healer, minister, or practitioner. Leave the Legal negativity out of your practice, class, and church. The goal is to maintain peace and harmony in your work.
3. Please maintain a positive mind set. Your mental state of mind and thinking patterns are a very important part of your Practitioner Career.
4. Keep your Personal Life separate from your Students and Clients as much as possible. This exposure can be enlightening at first; but subject to harsh critics later on; by skeptical personalities. These personalities have issues of their own. As a Mirror; they can analyze and tear your personal life apart; leading you to a rocky work life later. We all have our problems; however there is a time and place. Work should be for work life. It is safe to be professional and again maintain limits and boundaries. This is your healer safety web. A career protection.
5. As a Practitioner and Healer; you also have the ability to heal yourselves. When you forget; your physical health can be in danger.  Keep in mind; any health restrictions.  Health Restrictions can be a handicap, stress level, work overload, issue triggers due to lack of healing; est. Stay aware of your health as you heal others. Create a balance.
6. Keep records of your clients. Create a system that works for you and your Ministry Business. If you become stressed or overloaded; take a moment to hire an employee or free volunteer. This can be part-time, full-time, or on a contractor basis. Keep in mind; you are never stuck in any ruts. There is always a positive solution. This applies to mostly small or new businesses. Long standing ones; learn this the hard way.
7. In Home Based Businesses; Virtual Jobs, Freelance Work, and Travel Contractors; Please Allow yourself breaks in between appointments, classes, or travel jobs. Do not overload your schedule for income reasons; while your health and peace of mind is at stake. Fifteen minutes to a half hour can go a long way in your work life. For an 8 to 12 hours work shift; plan to take an hour lunch and mini breaks in between. Breaks can include meals, snacks, a walk, Yoga, stretches, coffee, tea, anything that can keep you balance, distressed, and ready to work.
8. Also; try to enjoy and love your job. At any time when this job becomes your worse nightmare; take a moment to review your work life. At what point did you lose your joy? This can be due to lack of organization, vacation time, under staffed, est. Leave God your prayers and allow him to give you feedback in messages in return.
9. Most of you I assume are either Visitors, Admission Students, Clients, New Ministers or Healers, Experienced Practitioners or Metaphysical Doctors seeking additional degrees and information; so I say this final word. You are your own Boss, CEO, President, and Employer. You have to remember to give yourselves a benefit package. You may need to include health insurance plans, supplements, herbal remedies, book references, vacation days, retreat time, regular days off, family leave, whatever the traditional benefits may be. As your own boss; you now must give that package to yourselves. Often we forget as Independent Practitioners. The thought may never cross our minds. Take Care, God Bless, and Namaste’.

Non-Secular involves education that is either private funding, Religious, Rituals, Ceremonies, Seminary, in Nature. Non Secular is the Separation of Church and State. Church Degrees are "legal" for that matter. Secular Educated Individuals become confused or believe they are "fake degrees" or not real in nature, learning format, and presentation. Ministers Have the "Legal Right" to Educate and Train Others in Ministry Jobs. Most Ministers have a combination or Secular and Non-Secular, Depending on their ministry missions, duties of the church, and lay leader positions

What is Secular Education?

Most People are Secular Education. Most of our Activities are Secular. Anything that involves non-religious activities or duties. Secular Education can be defined as Public School Related, Public funding, or government funding projects. The Separation of Church and State Both Secular and Non-Secular Students can earn very high wages, respect, wealth, and abundant income revenues. It is based on your hard work, faith, youth, and energy.
