1. My videos and music won’t play on Kaneva – what’s wrong?
If you just uploaded your video or music, make sure you’ve given the system enough time to process it. Because we convert all video and music files to Flash, it may take several minutes before it is live on the Kaneva web site.
If you can’t hear audio, make sure your computer’s volume is not muted, and that your speakers are plugged in. If you uploaded the audio file, verify that it's encoded in MP3 format by trying to play your original file in MP3 player software.
