It's been 9 days
since I last blogged. Simply put, I forgot. As I have stated before, I have a real life blog and a second life blog and this one. My bad! Apparently I keep different hours from most other Kanevites since everytime I go nWOK there are only a handful of people about. I'm waiting for Kaneva to introduce the ability to alter your avatar's appearance. Unfortunately mine ended up looking like my brother. Not a bad thing mind you but not who I want to run around looking like {:o). I read in a blog somewhere that Kaneva was Latin for canvas.

Time to stop spending & start mingling
I have finished setting up my apartment. Last night I made several trips to the Mall to get a bed, desk, 2 more lamps (what's up with the darkness?), refrigerator, stove, microwave, washer and dryer. While there I also picked up some more clothes. It will be nice when the empty shops are filled with more merchandise. Tonight I plan to get out and start exploring all the rooms that Kaneva offers. Hopefully some friends will be online that I can hookup with. See ya inside!

The Mall
I spent most my time nWOK yesterday setting up my apartment. I transported over to the Mall and picked up some furniture (couch, 2 chairs, lamp, table, tv, boombox, frame) and some clothes. I'm headed nWOK later tonight to do some more shopping. Maybe by the weekend everything will be set up and I can do some clubbing and exploring beyond the Mall.

I've lost count of the days
Apparently I haven't blogged in several days. It's hard to keep up with all the blogs. I have one for my real business and one for Second Life. But here I am. Still no invite. As you can see I am poised on the brink of almost 200 friends. The raves are nice (keep 'em coming) but it's also nice just making friends with people from all around. I'm suprised (though I don't know why) at the amount of people I have encountered from my home state of Kentucky. Go Wildcats!
