VU Preveiw 8.7

There has been a preview at the new Version Update 8.7.
The HUD for one fature has been updated with a new slick design. This now does look much neater and more stylish, even though it is not such a priority its still nice to see a new style.

Weapon attachments system has also been altered. Amplifiers will be made to work with guns and your skills. So in order to use a powerful amp, you will need a powerful gun.

Lighting and shading is having improvments too. This will enhance the graphical look of the avatars and terrain. Along with the new HUD it should be easier on the eyes.
Lets hope that with all this lighting enhancement that night and day cycles may arrive sometime close in the future. Along with all these updates, we could see one huge update when it reaches 9.0, which should be impressive.

Entropia Universe reaches 500,000

Exactly 500,000 accounts have been registered since EU was first made availble.

Noting that rare items has will be interesting, we should see an increase those hunting. Everyday the number has been increase largly. 100,280 at time of posting this, was the amount of acounts.

Eomon

The Eomon migrations started earlier last week with many seeking out and hunting them. Now the Eomon migration has started to draw to a close as the week draws in.
There has been much fortune gathered from these creatures.

The eomon is one of the largest creatures upon calypso, and this has been their migration season. They commenced from Twin Peaks to echnida over the week.
