I was originally born in Ontario Canada and moved to US when I was about three months old (hence the lack of a Canadian accent). I grew up on the Gulf Coast of Florida where I eventually started playing music when I was about eight years old. I started by playing mallet percussion instruments and moved on to play drumset and various other percussion instruments in concert, jazz, and marching band. At the age of thirteen I started learning to play the guitar which led to me playing in many rock/metal bands throughout my highschool years. After I graduated college I moved to Atlanta, GA where I now work for one of the largest IT companies in the world. Several months after moving to Atlanta, I joined a new band as their drummer. This band is known as "Blaming Tim" - We are a three piece piano rock band that is constantly compared to Ben Folds Five (which I think I can live with).

I have been on Kaneva since August 25, 2006 - That was before there was a publicly available virtual world! I started the Kanevian Blog almost exactly 2 years later on August 26, 2008. The blog has become one of the top publications in Kaneva, almost immediately gaining attention from the users of Kaneva and the Employees of Kaneva. I have met many great friends that live all over the world and they have all provided me with some sort of life experience or insight. Experiences and friends that I may have never had without the creation of Kaneva.
