About Campus MovieFest

Created in 2000 by students at Atlanta's Emory University, Campus MovieFest (CMF) has grown into the world's largest student movie-making event.

Campus MovieFest is the only event of its kind to provide thousands of student teams with Apple laptops, camcorders, and training. In addition, hundreds of local musicians provide the best independent music that students have permission to use as their soundtracks.

The movie-making events culminate in unforgettable finales, with the on-campus showcases attracting thousands of students and staff. Regional grand finales, hosted at premiere venues such as The Fox Theatre in Atlanta and The Younger Hall in St. Andrews, Scotland, offer students a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to feel like stars as they share their stories.
