How bidding is done

Each item is set at a " start bid " price, this is the price that the owner of the item wishes to start the bidding at. I will announce the start bid price and say "You May Bid Now ", this means that members wishing to obtain the item must bid higher then the start bid price and bid untill the HIGHEST bid is acheived. When I don't see any other bids and bidders seem to have stopped bidding, I will announce the highest bid and say " Going once " " Going twice" .. SOLD ! , with pause in between so that others still have a chance at the item !

(((( Bids can only be raised by multiples of 5 )))) unless its a 1 credit item.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ! Please bid on things you like and want only !

How to place an item for auction

Step 1: You must have an item bought in CREDITS ONLY to auction the item, you must then choose a "START BID" price for your item.
YOU MUST Contact me about the item BEFORE the date of the auction in order for the item to be auctioned along with the START bid price.

Step 2: Advance booking on selling please contact me Services,Art,items,clothes,antiques can be auctioned.

Step 3: You set the price where the bidding begins ! so people can top that price to get your item!

Step 4: Selling your item will happen with a picture of the item that will be displayed on the day of the auction and people get to bid for the item based on the picture!

For example: your selling a shirt and the price you can sell it for is set at 55 credits, if someone wants to bid, they have to top that price and then others bid and you get the money that your item is bid for at the top, say the highest bidder was 250 credits, that’s the money you get and you trade the item on your own !

Bartering (( Work in Progress ))

The system of bartering ! YES ! This means you can exchange your unwanted items for things you would like at the auction ! No credits needed ! ( Services can be bartered as well, certain talents like piano making in exchange for an item, can be presented to the member that is selling their item)

What is bartering ?!!?! : Bartering occurs when you exchange goods or services without exchanging money.

( A real life example) An example of bartering is a plumber doing repair work for a dentist in exchange for dental services. The fair market value of goods and services exchanged must be included in the income of both parties.

( A Kaneva virtual world example) Someone has put L-shaped stairs in the auction to be bartered, ( knowing that the stairs don't have a fixed value, someone offers 2 manor house lamps for the exchange)

Another example in the virtual word : Someone has a hot tub ( retail price of 1000 in kaneva store) to barter at the auction... Another individual offers an LED light which is of equal kaneva retail.

How will this system work ?! ( Just like bidding but however different)

I will annouce the item and say ( Up for barter , You may barter now)- That is an alert to the audience that they can offer items to barter untill the seller of the item says : " Sold to " Members Name "
