the force of the pen is mighty that the sword
After a long and sleepless night, slowly and with a trembling hand the door of the gilded cage I open... Wiping a tear and with a heavy heart I said there my darling I set you free...
He came close, got on my hand he spread the wings around the room he flew once or twice... and then he was gone...
I sat in silence, i closed my eyes I dream of wings to follow him to his realm...
I wipe my tears my heart in pieces.
To right the unrightable wrong To love pure and chaste from afar To try when your arms are too weary To reach the unreachable star
This is my quest To follow that star No matter how hopeless No matter how far
To fight for the right Without question or pause To be willing to march into Hell For a heavenly cause
And I know if I'll only be true To this glorious quest That my heart will lie peaceful and calm When I'm laid to my rest
And the world will be better for this That one man, scorned and covered with scars Still strove with his last ounce of courage To reach the unreachable star
First comes from an old saying:
There but by the grace of god go I
Second is:
Friends & Family are what makes life worth living.
They can help you through troubling times, celebrate the joys in life with you and help you enjoy the simple things in life. Friends can be found just around the corner or half way around the world. They like family are there unconditional for you day or night.
We must always try and lend a helping hand to others, but as we do we must also temper that help with wisdom. Helping is a wonderful thing, but we must not allow ourselves to fall into the trap of doing to much where the ones we are tring to help do not learn and grow as a person.

Many people will walk in and out of your life. But only true friends will leave footprints in your heart. To handle yourself, use your head; To handle others, use your heart
