It's Been THAT Long...

Oh Wow! Has it really been THAT long since I last blogged here?! Oh Wow! Almost a year ago....geez! It's been a year since I've blogged here, well...almost a year, and I'm still not looking forward to Valentine's day. Nope, I still don't have a sweetheart to spend Valentine's day with. I guess I'll just sit at home with my internet and try to once again ignore Valentine's day. *sigh* Although it appears I'll be trying to ignore this holiday coming up in February, I'd rather not. I'd rather celebrate this holiday with a significant other, ...as it's about a month away now, said significant other would be a boyfriend....not a fiance' or a husband.

But don't let me ruin any of your plans out there; just PLEASE DO NOT tell me every little sappy detail of your Valentine's day...I'll be sad enough as it is without having to hear about somebody else's wonderfully sappy Valentine's day. (for example: if your boyfriend picked you up for a date with roses in hand, then later gave you gifts, etc., etc., etc.,...please don't share this with me or anywhere where i might read it...PLEASE?!

It makes me sad just thinking about the upcoming holiday ... and the fact that I don't have anyone to spend the holiday with. ....besides my family and friends. To me, Valentine's day is a lovers holiday...a holiday one spends in some way with their significant other....not with your friends and family, well unless you're a kid. in which case you might be scopin' for candy, or swappin' candy with your friends.

Well, that's all for this rant...I'll keep any of you who care enough to read my blog updated on my single status. or try as when i look back at my entries i'm not doing so good on posting blog entries. LOL!

Public Apology

Okay, for about a week now I've been wrestling with what my best friend, God, told me to do. (No, not verbally...more me listening to what He speaks through my heart). Ever since posting my last blog entry...well, after I posted it I felt mildly better. Then I went to Sunday morning church, and it was on that day He first spoke to me about that last entry.

Yes, there've been many guys that've hurt me. Used me in some way or another....and broke my heart. However, ALL men are creations of God (whether you believe in Him or not). And as such I should not have lashed out at ALL men...or at least most men as the case was. It was wrong of me, and I do so apologize for lashing out like that.

Can I promise there won't be any more male bashings? Honestly, no, I can't....but with God's help, no...there won't be anymore male bashings in my postings. I may explain the male situation I'm going through, but with His help I won't bash ALL men in my postings.

With my heartfelt apologies to the men out there ....who may have already read my previous post, or just read my previous post, or who will in the future read my previous post....I ask your forgiveness, and I hope you accept my apologies.

Two Categories Of Men

Okay, there are definitely two categories of men. Those who are male that Do Not Suck, and those who are male that Suck! Are you male? Yeah?! Which category do you fall into? The Do Not Suck category? Really?! You might wanna come prove that one to me. Cuz right now I can only think of a few men on the "Do Not Suck" list. The rest are on the Sucks list .....until proven otherwise.

What put me in this mood? A supposed male friend of mine....who once was on the "Don't Suck" list, but now resides on the "Sucks" list. I thought we were friends. And to me; friends are friends for life....through the good and bad times. No matter what. If you're trying to have a private moment ...one usually private messages a friend and tells them. No...not this *jerk (to put it nicely). He doesn't say a word to me and goes to the chick's home (on kaneva).

Don't even get me started on another male ....that used to be here. (As two personas: Hardrock123 and Satis). I'm not gonna get into that one.

Does this mean that I'm giving up on finding my life's mate? Nope! It just means that right now, the guys who may be interested in me have to work harder for me. This is supposed to be a place to have fun, and to make friends. Well, with friends like the three guys i've met ...(yeah, i met satis shortly before i met hardrock123).....I don't think I wanna make any enemies.

I'm here to have fun, meet new friends, hang out with those new friends......and maybe move those friends into my "Inner Circle". Guess I have to redo my friends once again. I thought we were good kaneva friends and so i put this guy into my inner circle.....guess i was wrong. hmph! *Jerk!

well, i'm gonna go hang out with one of my friends and then head for bed. nite ya'll!

Worried

Okay, scratch the whole avoiding me theory....i'm now once again worried about my friend. they haven't logged into kaneva in a couple days. why am i so worried? well, yeah...it's only a couple days....but before i found out that my friend was sick with the flu, they always logged into kaneva. they were as bad as me....everyday they'd log into kaneva. it's been a couple days since they've logged in and now i'm worried about my friend. i pray that my friend is alright, and just recouperating .....and hopefully they'll be back on kaneva soon. I miss talking with 'em, and hanging out with 'em.

Well, off to hangout with some of my other friends.

Ever get the feeling that a friend that you met on kaneva, is trying to avoid you? Yeah! Well, as of late me too. I have a friend on here, who claim they want to be my friend, but i get the feeling that they're trying to avoid me. Although it might just be a rash judgement on my part. This person could be totally innocent of the avoiding thing. (And no i'm not gonna name names, although in my previous two posts I prolly could have....but i won't). I hope that it's just my imagination ....that this friend had other things on their mind and just forgot that they told me that they'd brb.....then disappeared and never came back. or maybe this person was just too tired to fight with the log in process to come back.

I'd love to ask this friend what I did wrong, if anything, or if they're mad at me, or if they're avoiding me.....but I can't, they're currently not logged into the Kaneva World. *sigh*

Oh well, i guess i'll just sit around and ponder if they're avoiding me or if it's just my imagination. Well, off to go play in the Kaneva World.

More Changes

Well, once again I must make changes to my profile. I thought I had found love here on Kaneva.....only to find out that he was playing games with me and another woman on here. I didn't want to believe what she was telling me, I had planned to hear his side of things. But when I got home I found out the hard way that what she was saying was true. or at least it must have been true. when i tried to meet him somewhere, it said that i wasn't allowed to go there. then i looked at my friends list, my community members list. he removed himself from both of those. and his club is now gone, or at least i can't find it anymore. So, I'm single again and once again ...it appears that before Valentine's Day my heart's been broken ....this is the 2nd year in a row this has happened. maybe i should see what happens next Valentine's Day....who knows, maybe I can find some guy to break my heart before Valentine's Day.

So, the previous changes i've made are now undone (or soon will be) and i'll once again be alone for the holidays......and my birthday. *sigh!* i was hoping that i'd actually have a reason to look forward to the holidays....like valentine's day.....guess not. well, i'd better go now and make the changes....before i start bawling and can't do it.

Profile Changes

I thought it was about time I change my profile. When I put "possible relationships" on my profile, I didn't really think I'd actually find someone on here. I thought I'd only find a bunch of Kaneva friends, and a fun place to hang out and spend my free time. Well, it really happened...I actually found someone on here. So, I had to come change my profile and take down the possible relationship. And since I was doing some editing, I thought I'd change the look of it, and move some things around.

Let's see I moved my friends to their own page; moved my communities to their own page, and seperated them; took down the sections that have a page of their own. I try to keep myself occupied, while my man's away I have to find things to occupy my time. :) He lives over in the UK, and I live here in the USA....talk about your long distance relationships. LOL! After I finish this blog entry, I think I'll put pictures of him and me up.

Okay, I guess that's about all for this entry....hopefully I can post on a regular basis. LOL!
