Funny?

I think it's sad what some people find funny. For instance, on America's Funniest Videos, there is hardly anything truly funny, just people getting hurt. How is watching someone possibly break a bone funny? Does it make you feel good that it wasn't you? Why in the world does it even seem remotely funny to you? In the funny animal clips on youtube, I have found many that are truly funny, but even then, there are some clips of defenseless animals being set up by humans to get hurt. Last time I checked, hurting an animal bu setting it up so it would grab a-hold of something dangling from a ceiling fan, and swing around and around until it hits the wall with a loud "thud" is considered ABUSE! That is in NO WAY funny at all. That is abusive and cruel. Taping animals and people getting hurts is in no way funny, and I personally think the people that think it is, thus wanting it on television, should all be decapitated. How would you like it if I filmed you or your parents/siblings/significant other, slipping on water in the kitchen, hitting your head against the corner of the counter, and winding up having to go to the hospital for a concussion. Not so funny now is it? See, thats what they don't show you, is the after affect. If you knew just how many people get seriously injured for the sake of "comedy", or winning some money in a contest, you wouldn't think it so funny then would you.

In short, people and animals in pain is NOT funny, it's cruel, painful, and anyone who thinks it's funny should seriously go see a psychiatrist and get checked for some mental disease.
