Construction of the balcony was expanded to include a garden and cave alcove.  Soon another area will be constructed below the main dance floor.  "Ever expanding" Tertulia has not increased just in size, but in content as well. 

The construction process is done and now the furnishing process has begun.  The community hangout has a projection screen so that anyone who comes by will be entertained.  The hangout is now open for public for viewing, but in no way is this the premiere of Tertulia.  There will be a proper premiere once the place is complete. 

The hangout is still under going construction, but the play list has been uploaded.  Some of the music chosen for the play list has been placed under "Creative Commons" licenses by the artists.  Most songs taken from albums available for downloading on "Jamendo", http://www.jamendo.com/en/ .  "On Jamendo," quote, "artists allow everyone to download and share their music.  It's free, legal and unlimited.". 

This a new community, and everyone will be welcome, but it isn't complete.  The hangout won't be open for awhile.  Until then the page will be the only representation of it.  Anyone who chooses to join Tertulia will receive an invitation to the premiere of the hangout.
