Jade R.I.P.

 

Sadly Jade Goody Lost her battle with Cancer this week.

Jade became a minor celebrity following her appearance in the Big Brother reality show on television. she has had a high profile but short lived flirtation with the life of a media star. Jade was involved in some controversial issues as a result of her brash open attitude towards life. Not everyone agreed with Jade's attitudes towards things and what could be described as her failure to consider all the results of her actions, I can number myself amongst these people.

 

However it must be said that Jade approached her condition and impending death with that same brash, headlong approach. she chose to spend her depleting days taking care of things that mattered to her namely her young family. If Jade managed to accomplish one thing it was to make the population of more aware of the dangers of ignoring Cancer and the importance of reacting quickly to any first signs. 

 

Jade Died at the young age of 27 years old. 

If one thing can be said about Jade it must be that like her or loathe her, you have to admit like the Frank Sinatra song said, she definitely did it her way.

 

So remember Cancer does not care how well known you are, so better to get it checked early than act to late.
