Buyers:
1. Become a member of this community (hopefully u will rave it too LOL)
2. Make sure you are a member of the community you want to buy.
3. Trade the money to me and the community will be transfered to you.
4. If more than one person wants the community before any money is transfered,
then they can open up a higher bid for the community ad it will go to the highest bidder.
Sellers:
1. Sellers must pay 10% of the asking price to be listed and be a member.
2. Post in the forum all details you want listed with the community
including links to pictures or I can come take the pictures for you.
3.To protect buyer and seller. at the time of transfer,
Buyer will transfer to me the agreed amount, Seller will transfer community to me.
When both parties have complied, I will transfer funds and community to finalize the deal.
I will NOT be responsible for anyone that backs out of a deal!
Any money or community already transfered to me will be returned to owner.
