Status Report 08/08/07
As you all know every thing takes time.
Taking my sons on a Road Trip this week end down to L. A. to attend a Gaming Convention on War Hammer. They are trying to become Beta Testors for that game. So I wanted to dash off a report before leaving... and will continue to work on these items next week when I return.
Item 1: Status of Club Name Change:
I put the club name up for a discussion. And it was wonderful to see the participation in the debate. I would like to go over the feedback and Blog a results. Next week.
Item 2: Status of Kaneva Adding Gender to zone Privacy Setting:
I need to go and Poke the GM's on this issue. It went into them. They gave me good feedback but as of yet no changes. Next week I'll camp out on their door step till I get some kind of feedback.

Open Letter
An Open Letter to Members,
The future of the Girls Only Club or whatever it becomes. The vision has taken all my effort and every last credit has gone toward this club because that's what it takes to be a "Path Builder". In tears I say that the level of contribution i can make will diminish to zero should Kaneva discontinue the Stress Test Program and require a credit card to acquire credits used within the platform. Should that happen, The Girls Only Club will become Non-Profit. The club will be turned over to all members as owners should Kaneva permit it.
The Reason:
It is well known that the Kaneva Platform is riddled with "hackers" and i cannot risk my personal finances by having a "
Credit Card Number
" on the Kaneva servers.
The Future:
I will do all I can to finish "The Vision" within my human limitations as best I can. The rest will be up to you. It was built for you and soon you will continue "The Vision" in your own way, by you and for you. May you forever forward continue in your dreams and aspiration and find your own personal "Starry Night".

Buying Credits
Kaneva now provides a feature to purchase credits
with a credit card over the internet. As with any type of transaction involving personal information, care must be taken. Kaneva accepts a variety of transaction platforms to provide this service and be assured that your personal information and credit card numbers are not stored on any Kaneva server. There are many who are reluctant to purchase credits in this manner but it is unlikely that Kaneva would overlook this condition as you, the member of the Kaneva Community are valued in every way. It is very possible that other means of purchasing credits will become available in the future to meet these needs. Starry.....

500 Credits Stolen
500 Stolen Credit Correction
The Stress Test on Wednesday, July18,2007, marks a change of conditions in the Wonderful World of Kaneva (phrase borrowed from Disney Corp) and participants in the testing program are now awarded 500 credits per test for at least 45 minutes of activity time on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday during the hours 9:30pm-10:30pm, EST. We all could speculate that this action could signal that Kaneva is nearly in it's final form and problems have eliminated. Don't count on it folks. This is a software/hardware marriage of demanding proportions.
Kaneva is evolving
toward the next levels for whatever they may be. It is you and your participation that drives these changes by you very presence and activity. Issues of stolen inventory and credits should be reported to the Kaneva Support Team. Keep track of your of credits and write it down. Kaneva maintains a high level of integrity and it is in the vision for your enjoyment not aggravation. Starry....

300 Stolen Credits
On entry of the Stress Test on Saturday, July14,2007, there were 1795 clear club credits available. During that evening I spent 37 credits. Upon log-in Sunday morning, July 15, 2007, the credit field showed 1458. Since I did not buy 300 credits worth of anything, Overnight 300 credits were stolen. I found this very disturbing. I went to the Kaneva Bank to secure the remaining credits, and the Kaneva Bank does not allow the deposit of clear credits or any credits for that matter. I would like to transfer the remaining credits to 9mmBooks for safe-keeping....

Community Media Playlist
Community Playlist Doesn't Work
So many have added media to this community, and I made a community playlist but it does not show up on the tv's located at the club. The only list that shows up is my personal playlist, or to a moderator, their personal playlist. I struggled with this problem for many hours and then gave up. There is no Kaneva help on this issue. So if you want the community playlist to work, someone will have to teach me step-by-step exactly how to make it work. Sorry, I did my best on this issue..... StarryNite.....
