A Modern Man

Im a modern man. A man for the Millenium. Digital and Smoke Free. A diversified multicultural post-modern deconstructionist. Politically, Anatomically, and Ecology incorrect. Ive been uplinked and downloaded. Ive been inputted and outsourced. I know the upside to downsizing, I know the downside of upgrading. A cutting age state of the art bicosastal multitasker. and I can give you gigabyte in a nanosecond. A new wave, but im old school. And my inner child is outward bound. Im a hot wired, heat seeking warm hearted cool customer, voice activated and biodegradable. I interface with my database, my interface is in cyberspace. So im interactive, hyperactive, and from time to time im radioactive. Im on point, on task, on message, and off drugs. I got no need for speed. I got no urge to binge and spurge. Im in the moment, on the edge, and under the radar. I got a personnel trainer, a personnel shopper, a personnel assistant, and a personnel agenda. You cant shut me up, you cant dumb me down. Im tireless, im wireless, im an alpha-male on beta blockers. im a nonbeliever and overachiever.upfront, down low and lowmaintence. Im feeling, im caring, im healing, im sharing, a supportive bonding caregiver. My output is down but my income is up. And my revenue stream has its own cash flow. I read junk mail, I buy junk bonds, and eat junk food. Im gender specific, capital intensive and user friendly. I bought a microwave at the mini-mall, I bought a sports car at a mega mall, AND I have an unlimited broadband capacity. Any questions? Im a Felon, Video Game Designer, Republican and Geeky... What the hell happened to me?!!?!?!?

The State of Justin's Mind address

Well,

              I have moved from Myspace to Kaneva. Not only for its innovation, but as a gamer, and game developer, the Kaneva world is intriguing and will be experiementing with many of the features. I have develed into the Kaneva Elite Developers section, and look forward to developing to deploying content to the Kaneva medium. Perhaps, even a commercial release for Kaneva.

               Right now in my state of my mind (I.E. State of the union) Life is interesting, and quickly developing into a new path. As I have left all secured income sources (or jobs, for you special people) and started playing poker professionaly. over the last three weeks, I have done remarkably well, being up 18 of the 22 days. I am now at $3,500. Hopefully, if i countinue on this path (looking at poker as a profession and not a game) I maybe able to sustain a daily average in or around my current average. I am learning certain stats and there meanings. I know i do 4 Big Bets per hour. and generally win 12 - 13% of all hands in an hour. And i know both stats are above average. I wonder though. People speak of Dry spells, or downtime. So, I will countinue to build my bankroll without withdrawing for the next few weeks. I think a bank roll of 7,500 should be suffiecent to sustain me in 5/10$ tables. And the few $50 Sit n Go's i have gone in. I will keep you informed of my progress, or absolute failure, and leading to bankruptcy. haha.

               Game Development is slow. As I have changed professions, and my income is no longer secured, i have had to stop payment on 2 employees. (the employees knew in advance, and were fine with it). I made some promises to them, that hopefully, if my income increases, I will be hiring on additional help, and purchasing new software tools for our work. Speaking of Game Development, our storyline has changed 3 times in the past month. My team and I are rethinking the Design document, as we all have agreed, that we may want to put the Exorcism of Emily Rose Project, on hold, and work on another idea that we find very cool. I'll keep you guys posted.

             As to my, Criminal matter... I am still doing my Pre-Trial Conference. For those who dont know, in the great state of Arizona, that i live in.. Joyriding is a Felony. And as a prior convicted felon, I am looking at 1.25 - 4.50 years in prison. Being in prison in the past, i learned 2 things. 1. The majority of inmates, arent worth the dirt they walk on. and 2. Prison is a waste of time. It hinders you in the advancement of yourself. I agree and support prison punishment. I just wish the college courses or tools available would be more suited to other then Construction jobs. A Programmer is not a welcome addition to the Prisons. As it is now. I have two options. Accept a Plea of Guilty, and hope for probation and a maximum prison sentence of 2.0 years. or, go to trial, and do the coin toss. I will keep you informed.

          The political season is heating up. I love politics, and during the primaries and run up to election, is our (Political hobbists, and others interested in politics) Super Bowl. 1.5 years worth of superbowl madness for us. I already know who i am going to vote for, and im doing a Rudy Giulliani ticket all the way. Because right now we are in a time of crucial importance. We are in a war for the rest of our lives. I trully believe, that putting Democracy in that salt lick, might be the only thing that saves us. and war is not the best solution, but its the least worst thing. I also thing the war was poorly executed from the start. I want a candidate who will finish the job, and stop tying our soldiers hands behind there back. The Conservative party is disconnected from the real conservative ideology, and the liberals, well, there just on another planet altogether it seems. But to tell you the truth. the only thing that matters to me right now, is the war on terror. Everything else is just gravy.
