Since my wifi card is kaput, and I usually hop on Kaneva at school & work, I'll be on a little break (QQ). I'll still pop on at home now and again, but at home I have other responsibilities so...

Yeah.. you know you're getting old when home is more work than work and more educational than school. I actually go to work to relax. I love my Mineira fiance but.. dang. Brazilian girls are a lot of effort ;) Worth it though!
And me too, I'm sure she is thinking, "is this guy really worth all this??" If you know me you know what I'm talking about.

That's life, right?

Well sooner or later I'll skip enough coffee breaks to afford a cheap wifi card from pricegrabber. Until then, it'll be hit and miss with my new favorite community.

Getting Started

A little about me:

I am a student of anthropology in Fayetteville, Arkansas and I also work for an English language school. Consequently, I have friends that are often scattered to the four winds of the world. I am hoping that this can help us stay together, and meet new people as well. I have begun a community for social theory and cultural exchange: Anthro House. I am hoping to feature a pleasant atmosphere and international music, games, documentaries, commentaries, etc. Please feel free to stop by for discussion, everyone is welcome to join.

In the mean time, I'm really enjoying the decorating aspect of the virtual world. If you'd like to take and/or use some textures of mine, be my guest. Most are listed below in my images section.
