A Rest Stop for Life

Life in these times seems to scream "Go do this...", "I must hurry or I'll be left behind...", "I don't have time because they want...".

Some times, even though you have to meet deadlines; try and squeeze all you can into short time periods; party hardy till the crack of dawn, there comes a time when you need to let the rest of the world just do it's own thing while you find the wellspring of life and rest for a while and reflect upon where you have been; where you are now, and where it is you really want to be.

That can be your place in the working world, the community, your family relations, or your own personal life.

Sometimes, it does good to just not have to think about any of those things; just quiet your mind and let real life, (not the man made one) feed and rejuvenate your mind and body and soul.

Take some time for you.

Take a walk in the woods, watch a sunrise or sunset, sit on a front porch in a rocking chair, lie in the grass and watch the clouds float by, etc. etc.... .

When you are ready to go out and slay the mighty dragon once again, he'll still be there, awaiting your return.

Opening a doorway to another world.

"As we move along the hallway of life, we come to another unlocked door to another world. When we open that door, will we find life flourishing with good and beautyful things; a world filled with deception and greed, or maybe a world in which we can learn to make the world behind you and your screen become a better place for those who follow after you return to the dust?"
