I was looking for somewhere online I could keep a journal of my deployment.I promised my friend Tash I would keep a journal for my friends to read of my daily experience in the sandbox to let them know what was happening.
So I found this site somehow by accident.Works great though and I think it will be ok for leaving a written word about my day to day experiences in Iraq.
I am still waiting for my orders.It shouldn`t be long now before I have them.I am nervous about going back to Iraq.Not so much for me but for my boys.It is my job to look after them and bring them home alive.As many as I can.It would be naive on my part to think all of them are coming home.Those that do will be changed forever.They will carry the mental trauma of what they will see and do for the rest of their lives.I know full well what they will be dealing with.It is a terrible way for them to have to grow up....I am tired now and will talk about this more later.

Debbie,this is my 2nd time in Iraq.I go back for my friends and my guys...I have no say in where I go but go when I am told..

Wow that last par was deep,,,,How many times have u been there n omg why do u go back? My heart n soul ache 4 our soldiers over there killing n being killed 4 2 me is a lie! ,,,,Thats just my oppinion
but the reasons we went there were a lie....Afganistan i understand and believe that as a country we needed 2 go there....911 changed a lot of things....but a civil war in Iraq is 2 me not our prob , n its a horrible senceless thing 2 do 2 american soldiers 2 ask them 2 lay there life on the line 4 a lie.....
