I watched this a couple of times and still don't get it. The threading is interesting to watch but, by itself, it's not worth watching for seven minutes. What is the point of showing thte guy at the beginning? What's the point of the two minutes of street scenes? This video left me with a WTF feel.

I'm going to have to agree with one of my fellow New Yorkers and ask if this is an instructionalvideo. Interesting to watch for the first minuteor two, but that was it. Is there a cultural significance to this that I'm missing?
